Frock in instep length or shorter has a bias flare skirt joined to the bodice under a tied girdle or a buckled belt. Square front neckline on blouse. High or V-shaped back neckline. Shirred draped sleeve caps may be open or closed at top. Square cut armholes." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1933-1935.
Suggested fabrics: Chiffon, semi-sheer crepe, silk crepe, cotton print, voile, handkerchief linen, organdie, rayon, celanese, and bemberg. The colors were blue lilac, ash rose, national blue, and applemint.
