This pattern was published by The Marian Martin Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Misses' Two-Piece Dress. Blouse closes in front with two buttons. Side darts create a fitted waist. Pleated skirt gives a flared look. Sleeves may be long, 3/4 or short in length." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1943.
Suggested fabrics: Rayon crepe, alpaca-type crepe, French-type crepe, macomba cloth, and novelty wool. The colors were navy, emerald green, luggage brown, forest green, sunset red, pecan beige and Copenhagen blue.
