This pattern was published by The Home Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Misses' Panel Dress. A tucked waist with high or low neck, full and elbow-length puff sleeves; with a seven-gored skirt tucked to yoke depth, the sides and back lengthened by a straight gathered flounce, which may be extended across the front panel if desired." Illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1910-1911.
Suggested fabrics: Transparent fabrics, veiling, chiffon, marquisette, silk voile, tulle, net, or metal gauze. The colors were deep blue, black, white, maize, shell pink, silver, brown, sulphur, apricot, champagne and tobacco.
