This pattern was published by The du-Barry Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Misses' and Women's Two-Piece Dress. Top is dart-fitted, front and back, at waistline. Welt pocket trims left front. Top buttons in front below the notched collar. Bishop or short sleeves may be used. Skirt has inverted pleats, front and back, and is finished at upper edge with a waistband." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dated 1943.
Suggested fabrics: Rayon crepe, alpaca-type crepe, French-type crepe, macomba cloth, and novelty wool. The colors were navy, emerald green, luggage brown, forest green, sunset red, pecan beige and Copenhagen blue.
