Lounge Gown

This lounge gown can be seen worn by heroines and villains in Broadway plays or Hollywood movies during the Depression era of the 1930's. It may be gathered or smocked. It may be made with short butterfly sleeves or long bishop sleeves.

Popular fabrics were silk satin charmeuse, rayon or even practical cotton or wool flannel.

The pattern is multi-sized Small through Large. For the butterfly sleeve purchase 3-5/8 Yds. of 45 inch wide fabric. For the long sleeve purchase 4 Yds. 45 inch wide fabric.
