This pattern was published by The Butterick Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Two-Piece Skirt, in clearing length, with slightly raised waistline; soft plaits at top of back; with or without two or three circular ruffles." Illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1913.
Suggested fabrics: Silk crepe, silk chermeuse, messaline, and embroidered silk. The colors were blue, grey, tan, and black.
