This pattern was published by Pictorial Review Pattern. Originally the pattern was described as "Jacket has tuxedo collar and reverse. Long plain one-piece sleeve. Two-piece skirt closed at left side seam attached to the lower edge of a sleeve-less underbody." Detailed written directions. Pattern dates circa 1923-1924.
Suggested fabrics: Two-piece Ladies Costume was made of silk stain charmeuse, wool crepe, crepe de chine, wool Poiret twill, tub silk and twill back velveteen. The colors were brown, tan, Copenhagen blue, scarlet, navy, kelly and silver grey.
Materials required: 5-1/8 Yds. 36" wide. 4-3/8 Yds. 45" wide. Length of skirt at center front 39". Width around lower edge of skirt, about 1-1/2 Yds.
