This pattern was published by The Ladies' Home Journal Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Three or Four-Piece Skirt, opening in front, deep belt cut in one with slashed pockets or not, as desired; with or without the one or two-piece circular tunic in either of two lengths, and fancy pockets." Illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1917.
Suggested fabrics: Poplin, velvet corduroy, serge, beach cloth, voile, and mohair. The colors were black, navy, blue, rose, Copenhagen, white, gold, and tan.
