Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Six-Gored Skirt; slightly high waistline with three-piece yoke belt or regulation waistline; clearing or shorter length. (May be attached to a blouse or worn separately.)" Illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1915.
Suggested fabrics: Serge, worsted, tweed, taffeta, poplin, beach cloth, corduroy, and linen. The colors were white, tan, blue, rose, sand, black, navy, gray, and brown.
