This pattern was published by The Ladies' Home Journal Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Peasant Waist. Suitable for bordered material or embroidery. Yoke forming upper part of elbow sleeve, to be plain or cut from all-over tucking; high or round neck." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1913-1914.
Suggested fabrics: Linen, tulle, plain chiffon, bordered chiffon, and all-over lace. The colors were peach, light blue, white, navy blue, black, champagne, brown, ivory, and cream.
Materials required: 1-3/4 Yds. 36" wide.
This Vintage Revivals pattern is only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. This pattern is printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.
