This pattern was published by The Stylish and Perfect Fitting Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' One-piece Dress, suitable for stout figures. Front of dress may be slashed at center-front, underfaced and rolled with collar forming revers, and finished with an insert vestee. The slashed opening may be omitted in front of dress, the dress made collarless and closed on left shoulder. Long sleeves buttoned at wrists forming cuff effect". Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1923-1924.
Suggested fabrics: One-piece dresses were made of fancy figured silk mixed crepe, genuine 'pamico' cloth, and silk embroidered Canton crepe. The colors were black, brown, bisque, tan, blue, navy blue, mahogany, and powder blue.
