This pattern was published by The Butterick Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Blouse-Waist; consisting of a jumper, to be slipped over the head and closed on the left shoulder, and a body lining in high or open neck, with full-length or shorter sleeve." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1917-1918.
Suggested fabrics: Crepe de Chine, voile, China silk, jersey, sheer fabric and dainty lace. The colors were blue, green, rose, tan, white, navy blue, black, and brown.
Materials required: 1-1/2 Yds. 36" wide.
