This pattern was published by The Pictorial Patterns Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Women's and Misses' Evening Frock. A bolero jacket gives a soft touch to this slim princess frock. The full, circular, back-dipping skirt is attached at low waistline to the bodice, which is snug-fitting at the hips. The neck is U-shaped, front and back." Detailed directions. Pattern dates circa 1929.
Suggested fabrics: Evening Frocks with Jackets were made of satin, moire, sheer velvet, dull crepe, chiffon, lace, velvet, metal cloth, printed moire, velvet, taffeta or crepe and lace. The colors were Nile green, rose France, Waikiki, navy blue and black.
