This pattern was published by the McCall pattern company. Originally the pattern was described as, "Ladies' and Misses' Slip-On Dress. Finished length from back of neck, about 45". Width at lower edge, about 1-1/4 yards."
Printed instructions include numbers and notches that match on the pattern pieces. The pattern contains five pieces. Pattern dates circa 1926-1928.
Suggested fabrics: Plain or printed crepe satin, satin, soft light weight velvet or soft light weight metallics. Tunic may be made of all-over lace.
Materials required of 36" wide fabric without nap: Without sleeves 3-7/8 Yds., with sleeves 4-1/2 Yds., with all-over lace tunic 1-5/8 Yds. and dress without sleeves 2-3/4 Yds.
This Vintage Revivals pattern is only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. This pattern is printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.
