This pattern was published by The du-Barry Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' Two-piece Dress with Jacket. Short sleeve blouse with front and back cross-closure collar with button. Long skirt closes in back with buttons. Button belt gives affect of one-piece dress. Open jacket to hip with two hip pockets." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1933.
Suggested fabrics: Belted dresses with jacket were made of wool and cotton knit, wool angora knit, wool crepery knit, and wool and silk noile tweed. The colors were two-tone blue, two-tone green, brown, beige, cruise blue, gray, navy blue, dark brown, and mulberry.
Materials required: Jacket 2-1/4 Yds., Blouse 1-1/4 Yds., Skirt 3-1/4 Yds. 36" wide fabric.
