14mm (.55") x 10m (10.9 yds) roll of white enameled steel hoop wire. Used for hoopskirts, this hoopwire can be held in place by bone casing (will fit into 3/4" bone casing), or rivets.

Steel is easy to work with. Makes nice cage crinoline. You need two packages to make the Truly Victorian pattern.
