The hoop skirt is perfect. My mom dresses up as Mrs. Claus every year and this year we recently moved and we realized that she forgot her hoop skirt at our summer home. The gentleman i spoke with on the phone was very helpful. Everything worked out perfect.

Good construction, held up well under heavy dress fabric. Perfect for civil war reenactment ball!! Amazon Dry Goods worked hard to get it to me in a timely fashion. They were awesome and even called to let me know it had been shipped.
Only negative was this hoop is hard to adjust for height differences. When you are only 5 foot tall, it was a little long and no easy way to adjust the length.
