The stacked leather heel and soft leather upper with patent leather foxed toe provide comfort while walking or dancing. This extremely popular Victorian fashion has a slightly elongated, square toe box that makes it amazingly comfortable. Shoes run slightly wide. If you usually wear a half size, please order one half size down.

Love These Boots! (Balmoral in Maroon)

I wish I had bought these years ago when I first discovered them. Trust the sizing advice. I wear a 10 and the 9 fits perfectly, and a friend wears an 8, but ordered a 7, also perfect. They are boots that wear like an extension of your foot, stable on uneven dirt event sites, and weightless. Samantha was very helpful, and ordering and shipping were very efficient. They also look well as a substitute for Regency dresses, which is the main reason I bought them. They will also look amazing with my red 1860s dress.

These boots are beautiful and so comfortable. They are actually so pretty that i decided to purchase a second set of the same style that was a darker leather for more wear and tear during reenactments. I will be wearing these bright red beautiful boots to more of the cleaner events like our Christmas event and our Fort events that have less dirt.

I couldn't be happier with these boots! Not only are they fashionable and beautiful to the eye, they are also sturdy and so well made. From the actual craftsmanship to the fit and comfort of the shoe, they are a win-win! The care and concern given from Samantha is unlike any other. She took the time to make sure the boot I ordered would fit well and was the right choice for me. I'm so thankful I chose to purchase these and look forward to ordering another pair in the future!

My boots arrived and fit well. They are well made and I am looking forward to wearing them. The maroon color is darker and more subtle.
